The LA Dodgers internship program runs for 12 weeks in the summer and is designed to provide students with firsthand experience with a legacy sports brand. Interns can expect to gain knowledge of the sports industry, work closely with teams within the organizations, and participate in networking events.

The Los Angeles Dodgers Emerging Talent Programs are designed to provide students with firsthand experience with a legacy sports brand. The programs include a five-month Fellowship Program from March to August and 12- and 9-week internship programs during the summer months. These programs provide students with knowledge of the sports industry, access to a network of industry experts, and real-world, hands-on experience. Participants have the opportunity to hone their skills through team collaboration, networking events, and more, with roles available across multiple departments within the Dodgers' front office and baseball operations organizations.
