About NFL Internship Program

Most internships with the NFL take place in New York City, but the member clubs are located in major cities all over the country. The NFL offers a Summer Internship Program that introduces interns to a variety of different departments such as Communications & Public Affairs, Community Affairs, Consumer Products, Events, Finance & Accounting, Football Operations, HR, IT, Internal Audit, International, Labor & Legal, Marketing & Sales, and Media. Interns move around to different positions, work with mentors, network, and hear speakers. It is a great internship that explores the entire NFL business.

The NFL Summer Internship Program is a paid opportunity for rising undergraduate seniors, MBA candidates and law school students that allows participants to contribute to the organization's success while receiving an unmatched, behind-the-scenes learning experience. Interns work within specific departments and gain exposure to the business of professional football through speaker presentations, hands-on assignments and networking opportunities.

The NFL FILMS Internship Program is known for offering an applied approach to learning. Our award-winning staff is willing to assist and mentor individuals with a serious desire to further their studies and achieve their career goals. Incorporated into the internship program are seminars that cover topics such as navigating the unique employment landscape in the television and film production industry, the importance of networking, freelancing, and Q & A sessions with executives and former interns.

The Junior Rotational Program is the NFL's highly selective, high-potential program in which participants complete up to four rotations over a two-year period across a variety of departments and office locations. If you are an undergraduate senior looking to enhance your business exposure and management skills, this program will offer you an unparalleled opportunity to immerse yourself into the world of professional football through a series of challenging work assignments, League events, and networking opportunities.

Eligibility

Open to undergraduate juniors, as well as graduate and law students. To be eligible, applicants must be returning to school in the fall after the program.
