Everyone at the company was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I never once got pushed away for asking a question and seniors, managers, and even partners on jobs would take their time to explain tasks in depth to the interns. Everyone always wanted to make sure we were learning and taking things away from the tasks we were doing. I was never given "busy work" or assigned to get the team coffee. Interns were treated with respect just like anyone else on the company ladder.
