The company culture was a 10. Coming into the internship, I knew it was going to be longer hours. Specifically, as learning new skills take more time. The hardest component was learning some of these skills over a distance format, but everyone at Harris Williams was enthusiastic to help, provide feedback, or instruction as needed.
