The best aspects of the internship was being fully supported by a team of other instructional designer. I was always given the opportunity to ask questions, get feedback, and even provide my own ideas and suggestions. I never felt like an intern but instead like I was already a permanent part of the team.

My only con was the large amount of meetings that often interrupted work.
