For students who have not yet graduated from college, our summer analyst position mirrors the full-time analyst role and offers opportunities to learn about Cornerstone Research firsthand. Many summer analysts join Cornerstone Research full time upon graduation.

Analysts play a central role at Cornerstone Research. Within a case team, analysts take on key responsibilities such as financial and economic modeling, examining market and industry behavior, and presenting findings to colleagues and clients. During your tenure as an analyst, you may work on numerous matters across a spectrum of industries.
Working as an analyst prepares you for a range of opportunities, including promotion to associate or further academic training. Half of our analysts who choose to pursue graduate degrees, attend a top-five school; more than 75 percent attend a top-ten school in their respective fields (as ranked by U.S. News and World Report). We have an active alumni network who have gone on to work in business, non-profit organizations, government, or academia.
Cornerstone Research is unique in the level of responsibility and the variety of leadership roles the firm provides. Beyond project work, you may participate in firm development activities and hold key positions in recruiting, training, mentoring, as well as community involvement and “green” initiatives.
