Throughout the summer, interns experience BGL’s culture through events in Chicago and Cleveland that bring together their intern cohort and bankers from across the firm. Events include kayaking, baseball games, happy hours, and other informal events throughout the summer.

That same collegiality found outside of the office is evident in the office. BGL maintains an open-door environment without sharp elbows, where analysts, associates, vice presidents, and senior bankers regularly exchange feedback, answer questions, and support one another.

BGL colleagues build genuine relationships both inside and outside the office. Teams often connect over lunch, coffee, dinner, or informal gatherings at the end of the week. In a demanding field where people work closely together, that sense of camaraderie helps create a supportive and rewarding experience.
