We are very hard charging and work to meet client service demands when needed. On the flip side, the firm cares about my family, my family life and my overall happiness. Long hours are offset by time to get away and there are breaks between difficult projects. Working hours are flexible even in busy times and allow me to fulfill my family requirements as well.
