The firm's business outlook is extremely strong. We have been very flexible in adapting to COVID-19 and have had an extremely strong year. One disappointment is that the firm rushed to lay off some employees at the beginning of COVID-19 instead of taking other measures that could have averted the need to lay them off. We are a little short-staffed now due to this rare display of short-sightedness.
