The interview process was great and I enjoyed every conversation I had. The explore program was fun and engaging and I was able to meet lots of people and make lasting connections. The callback process was fast. I was told on Thursday I would know on Monday and on Friday they called. I believe the ideal candidate is someone that matches with the firms culture of building relationships and producing quality work. This work can be done anywhere, but who you do it with is what matters and this firm has the culture that attracts the best people.
