H&CO is led by its CEO and President, Armando Hernandez, who co-founded the company alongside his college roommate, Guillermo Andrade, the firm’s current Chief Risk Compliance Officer, in July 1992. Their shared vision was to establish a consultancy that provided tailored advice to entrepreneurs, facilitating their expansion, operations, and international growth.
