H&CO’S internship program, known as H&CO Brilliant, is designed to empower students with real-life work. The pillars of the program include cultural transmission, meaningful work, and professional development. Central to the program is the Brilliant Project assignment, where all interns conduct research and contribute ideas to an internal development project. This internship not only provides practical experience but also serves as a potential pathway to a full-time position within the firm.
