PKF's interview and callback process is very good. I never felt unconformable or out of the loop through out the whole process. Now the ideal candidate that I believe PKF is looking for is someone who is outgoing and hard working. You don't need to know everything coming in as PKF gives you the opportunity to learn throughout your time with them.
