Our firm is very active in the recruiting and hiring process. They respond quickly and make decisions quickly but wisely. I feel like the ideal candidate is someone who is not only qualified and intelligent and learns quickly but most importantly someone who fits in well with the team because culture is so important to withum. Someone can always improve and learn more on the job but if they don't have the kind of personality that fits well with a team then it affects the productivity and dynamic of the work place.
