Worst aspect is the phantom stock plan but not because the plan is bad but because it was never really explained how it works or how you can fill out the election form. Many coworkers I spoke to didn't take advantage of the plan because they didn't understand it. Some only elected into it 1 year but didn't even realize they can't access the money until they retire or leave the form (since they made the default election).

Best aspect is receiving bonuses!
