About Clearsight Advisors
Founded in 2011, Clearsight Advisors is an investment banking firm focused solely on serving business services and technology companies. Based in McLean, Virginia, with an additional office in New York City, Clearsight provides M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory and consulting services to its clients.
Clearsight employs approximately 45 people and is led by Co-Founder and Managing Director Joel Kallett. Before co-founding Clearsight, Kallet worked for Houlihan Lokey, Updata Capital, Deutsche Bank Alex.Brown, and Raymond James & Associates. He received his MBA from The Wharton School of Business and his BS from the University of Pennsylvania.
