Unpredictability is the biggest issue. The firm and deal teams are very respectful of your personal time and getting time off for vacation is not an issue. At the end of the day it is a client focused business, so there will be times when you have to put in the long hours to meet your client's expectations, but that is the same everywhere across the street.
