It is relatively clear what is expected of you in order to be promoted. We are aware how long our contracts are for and we are able to see the clear path forward in terms of being promoted as we watch individuals levels above us progress. A downfall is that the expectations of being promoted are not specifically outlined. It would be nice to see a detailed list that outlines the specific expectations of your performance that are considered when being promoted.
