Guggenheim always goes above and beyond to have social, team-building events throughout the year. When not in COVID, the events allow you to meet everyone at the bank outside of a work environment. Even in COVID, the firm has made sure to host Zoom events to allow people to reconnect. We work hard and are compensated well for it. It would be difficult to find a better culture / quality of life at an investment bank than Guggenheim.
