Best parts surround ability to take no-nonsense vacation time, and draw significant lines in the sand. Rarely do vacations or long weekends get interrupted by work. Strong "coverage" program. Also large emphasis on physical fitness, with gym in office and ability to find time to exercise. Worst parts just come with the job.... some late nights / early mornings make it difficult.
