Bulge Bracket Firms have departments dedicated to supporting philanthropy and employee netowrks on a much larger scale than we are able to. However, we have a Corporate Social Responsiblity team who organize our involvment with non-profit organziations and as employees we have access to particpate in many of these iniatives. We have seasonal activies where we providng school supplies to children in need, run toy drives during the holidays, coat drives in the fall and winter, donation of laptops for school children in need since remote schooling has started...WE have various Employee Networks which support upport employees of underrepresented groups including Veterans through networking, peer support and idea sharing with allies.
