Lateral integration is said to be seamless, but the firm could be better at helping laterals connect with each other. Cleary sets a billable target, not a billable requirement, from 1,950 to 2,150 hours. Lockstep compensation matches the market standard. The firm’s technology is innovative, with AI helping associates work efficiently.
