NGE At A Glance

With 150 lawyers, NGE is one of the largest single-office law firms in the nation. The scope of our practice is both international and domestic and includes transactions of all kinds, litigation, and intellectual property. Our clients include entrepreneurs, small and mid-sized businesses, eight of the Fortune 20 companies, ten of the Crain’s Chicago Business Top 20 publicly held companies, and six of the Crain’s Chicago Business Top 20 privately held companies.

At a time when many law firms see themselves as institutions, Neal Gerber Eisenberg continues to render legal services as a person-to-person endeavor.

“Rejecting the “bigger-is-better” push of the legal industry, we offer a unique experience. Our practice is sophisticated, and our client base is global, but there’s a feeling of family here. Doors are open. People say hello, and attorneys at all levels express a genuine interest in your development and your ideas. You will dive in immediately and have an opportunity to make a difference.”– SCOTT J. FISHER,  MANAGING PARTNER

Pro Bono

NGE is committed to ensuring that the most vulnerable members of our community have access to justice. Our attorneys have considerable freedom to choose pro bono projects that reflect their own personal and professional passions, and the firm supports them in their endeavors: all associate hours spent on approved pro bono work count as billable time, without any cap.
