Associates characterize the firm’s culture as friendly, collegial, and collaborative, with an emphasis on teamwork and mutual respect. Associates must fulfill the firm’s requirement of 1,800 billable hours and 200 non-billable hours (including pro bono, internal work, and summer associate event hours) annually to earn a market bonus and market salary.
