The interview process was talking to a recruiter first, then three employees of the firm (Managers) and then coming for the in person interview where I interviewed with the Directors and two Managers. The ideal candidate is a driven self starter that has interpersonal skills and a background in finance. The ability to work on their own but learn quickly is also a must
