We had two rounds of interviews. One day with a behavioral/individual case, and the next super day with a group interview. They put 4-5 individuals in a room with a large packet and we had to come up with strategy recommendations in a PowerPoint for a company in 3 hours. Then, we had to present that slide deck to 20-30 senior level employees.
