Experiencing double digit growth for years. COVID has slowed it down, but we are still growing. In an environment where companies are shrinking and having to lay people off, this is impressive. I do wish leadership was a bit more proactive (we end up being fast followers in a lot of ways) but they've gotten us this far, so have to be doing something right.
