We have a fast turn around usually as we discuss together the individual merits of the candidate along with their overall demeanor during the interviews. We seek after those candidates who have demonstrated hard work and progress in their individual learning and so forth. We like driven people who have taken opportunities outside of classes and other structured activities to learn and grow.
