CRA junior staff rarely travel, which suits me far better, personally. I can truly take the weekends to decompress.

The hours are completely reasonable - busy weeks are 50-60, but normally, you only have to work above 50 if you are driven to internally - which, when not overloaded, most staff are!

Quality of life and office culture is wonderful at our HQ in Boston. I love hearing about the other practices' work. We host trivia nights, cooking competitions, and ask after each others' families. We spend time together outside of work. My colleagues are not cutthroat - we cheer each others' successes.
