Working at a successful small firm, there is always a lot of work to do resulting in a lot of learning opportunities. At my prior job (one of the big firms) my position opportunities were limited to the work stream I owned in one project. There was very few opportunities to move around within the project or within the firm. However, at DayBlink, I get my hands on something new everyday. In addition, as opposed to yearly reviews we get reviewed and potentially promoted every two months. My personal development accelerated since moving here, I have no doubt that being here will set me up for success where ever my career takes me.
