Promotion process is great if you are willing to work hard and deliver. Promotions typically occur every 6 months. On the job training is really great as you typically get to work closely with a Partner or Manager. Our formal training program is in the process of being revamped so hopefully it provides more opportunities for development in the near future. Informal mentorship can be accessed easily and provides good career guidance.
