Salaries are competitive at all levels and evaluated against competitors annually. More junior levels just received salary increases this year despite the uncertainty caused by the pandemic. Max bonuses are over 20% and are easily obtainable (I have always been over 20% and the average bonus is around 18%). Pay is equal and transparent across all levels and there is no negotiation for salary increases (e.g. every Analyst 3 makes X amount). Prior to Covid, gym membership reimbursement, free meals at the office, and our company retreat were some of the best perks. 100% paid coverage for medical, dental, and vision insurance and great investment options for 401k/HSAs are also really valuable.
