While EY-Parthenon may be able to access the power, global reach, and capabilities of one of the world’s professional services giants these days, it still retains its trademark boutique culture. The organization’s leadership has remained intact, along with functions critical to retaining culture—specifically recruiting, staffing, health and well-being, training, and professional development. Given that, it’s no surprise that consultants continue to highlight cultural factors such as a collegial atmosphere, entrepreneurial environment, and transparent management. Helping by example

Entwined in EY-Parthenon’s DNA is the concept of giving back. It is common among the firm’s members to join efforts in a multitude of various charitable activities such as athletic fundraising events, packing school supplies for children in need, and career mentorship for students. The opportunities to give back are amplified through the EY purpose of building a better working world, and the EY Ripples program—a global corporate responsibility program, providing EY people with opportunities to use their knowledge, skills and experience to positively impact millions of lives through supporting the next generation.
