Vault’s Verdict

IMS Consulting appears to be in a position of strength at the moment. Indeed, such is the demand for the firm's services that the most frequent complaint from employees related to hours: there literally don't seem to be enough of them to fit in all the work that the firm is being hired to do—a positive sign for the firm, to be sure, but more of a drawback for the consultants tasked with fulfilling it. 

Of course, the up-side to all that work are the opportunities it provides, both for meeting targets and for exposure to a variety of types of engagement. Add in the firm's practice of staffing individuals on multiple projects simultaneously, and the development opportunites at IMSCG are vast. Whether you think that's a positive or a negative depends entirely on your perspective. For those who need a measured, structured experience, this may not be the firm you're looking for.
