The hours are manageable and travel is fine as well. Especially with Covid there is very limited travel now. We have managed to work together well with clients and sell projects which are fully based on working-from-home. This means that in 2020, I have been local and working from home most of the time. There are great benefits in terms of being able to spend more time at home, but I am starting to miss the travel. Kearney is very flexible in terms of taking time off or taking extended leave of absence for whatever reason.
