We're decisive, so candidates know where they stand and we're quick to make callbacks (positive and negative). I'm also really impressed that the firm provides feedback to candidates who did not move forward (if the candidate would like to received that feedback). Our ideal candidate humbly seeks to learn new industries and can distill down complex problems into their core components.
