The best quality of life at Kx Advisors is the culture and leadership. My supervisors are extremely accommodating at shifting my schedule and hearing my ideas even if they are "less traditional" or new to the firm. Being a part of the marketing team during a rebranding has been a challenging yet exciting experience. Leadership seems to value every marketers' opinion, whether they are a manager-level or a more associate-level employee, such as myself. I can easily take time off and my travel requirements are typically one or two days a month for events. The firm does their diligence to reimburse travel expenses and take good care of employees while traveling. However, I have not been traveling due to COVID-19.
