Best: I think the company's leadership does a great job of focusing on conservative growth. As a consulting firm that relies heavily on word-of-mouth for engagement growth, our leadership is constantly in tune with market demand and does a good job of making sure demand and internal resource availability stay in line.

Worst: I think the company could do well to specialize in some forward-looking offerings. We have specific tailored offerings, and we do a great job of offering them, but I do wonder if our clients view us as "more of the same."
