The ordinary (non-COVID) interview process consists of an initial phone screen, an informal coffee interview, and a 3x1hr panel. This is currently conducted via Zoom, with the case interview being separated from the panel and conducted after the informal interview.

The ideal candidate has both mortgage industry (or at least financial services) and consulting experience, and is driven, inquisitive, and humble.
