Best: Career Development is well thought out. The partners allow consultants to determine what types of education they would like to pursue, and consultants are free to decide what topics they'd like to learn (within reason of course).

Worst: I would like to see a bit more formalized training. Of course, at such a small firm size, it is very difficult to build formalized consistent training, so I don't really fault my firm for not having formal trainings.
