Because the firm so wisely saw into the future and planned for a few things that made us agile - first being digitally advanced (our firm transitioned to in the office to virtual with very little issues - and second our workforce planning. The firm kept a portion of the workforce flexible talent (contractors) and was amazingly able and willing to redeploy employees into other roles to keep them with the firm.. This is the most amazing commitment to its people. The firm is nimble in its ability to pivot to meet the market and deserves major accolades for its ability and desire to make this happen.
