Best aspect--there's a clear formula for success to be promoted; training opportunities are fantastic--great both within the firm and external (e.g., racial equity training put on by experts for us to attend, consulting training provided by Bain & Co.)

Worst aspect--as a small firm, there's not a ton of flexibility in staffing, which can make it difficult for staff to prove their worth and jump to the next level; but most senior staff are open-handed and very invested in career development of junior staff
