Bridgespan does not do significant on-campus recruiting. We do a first round interview over the phone, which is made up of two cases. Then, final round interviewees are invited to the office, where they do two more cases and a behavioral fit interview. Generally, we are looking for someone who is capable of strategic thinking, hard-working, and passionate about the social sector.
