The great people, the interesting work, and the non-travel model/flexible work schedule

There are very few bad things I can say about Cambridge. The slightly lower pay comes as part of a (worthwhile) trade-off for working with better people, on interesting work, and not having to travel.

Cambridge is very well known for the type of work we do, and we do great work, but the TCG name doesn't have the same prestige as say McKinsey, Bain, or BCG. But if you're looking to work with great people (who are smart and care about you), do interesting growth strategy work for cool clients across tech, retail, CPG, media, and you don't want to travel every week - then there are few places that can compare to The Cambridge Group. After having been here for over 5 years, I can easily say I'd choose Cambridge again if I had to do it all over again.
