TCG has been around 40+ years and has a great reputation within the consumer industry. I feel that this reputation will help carry the firm forward. We recently became independent of Nielsen, which has slowed growth of the firm a little bit as leadership plans for the future, but I feel confident that the partners are capable of identifying the right opportunities for growth.

One criticism of leadership is their lack of presence in the office - both physical and just morale/leadership feel. It's more reactive than proactive.
