TPG tends to hire consultants with backgrounds in industrial and mechanical engineering as well as commerce and general business. Often, consultants have specialized designations and certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, CA/CMA/CPA, Professional Project Management, Professional Logistician, Professional Engineer, Supply Chain Management Professional, Certified Procurement Professional, Professional Change Management, and various IT competencies. 15 Years ago The Poirier Group was founded. At that time, David Poirier, CEO, began the company with high hopes and more than a little trepidation. The goal was lofty: to create a consulting experience that was based on trust and collaboration, that had enduring positive results for our clients. Now, a decade and a half later, hundreds of projects completed, and our 100% positive client referral rate intact, TPG well exceeded original expectations. We are so grateful for our wonderful clients, employees, and a supportive community for making the last 15 years exceed anything we could have hoped for!
