I think the ease of taking time off and our 1 day per week work from home policy really makes it easy to have good quality of life at Trinity. You are able to take time when you need, which allows for those mental health breaks or if you have something come up all of the sudden there is no stress about taking time off. We are also allowed to work from home once a week, which is nice to be able to work from the comfort of your home and remove the commute for the day. Like all consulting the hours can be tough, but it never seems out of the norm for the industry and frequently less than a lot of our competitors.
