Again, personally know team member of color who received minuscule salary increase as compared to other team members who were white. Promotion for former military officers are almost a guaranty after just one year of employment while other employees must wait or are told there is no funding available to promote them.

Seems there is little oversight of how managers make salary and promotion decisions when it appears evident females and people of color are recognized less than white male counterparts.
