Taylor Morrison’s TM Explorer internship program offers college students hands-on experience in the homebuilding process, including project planning, resource management, subcontractor coordination, cost oversight, permitting, safety, quality control, and customer service. The program spans marketing, finance, construction, architecture, accounting, sales, purchasing, land development, people services, and market intelligence. Interns can expect close mentorship from full-time employees to help them navigate the company’s operations and culture.
