Encompass Health’s internship program is designed to give students a well-rounded view of the healthcare company’s business, as well as prepare them for wherever their career paths may take them. Internships take place in many of the company’s business areas, including accounting, compliance, HR, IT, supply chain, marketing services, and more. Interns will have the opportunity to participate in “master classes” with in-house experts, improve their soft skills with networking opportunities, and participate in community service projects.
