About NetApp Internship Program

NetApp invests heavily in new talent. As a part of the global NetApp Intern Program, interns will have all the resources, mentoring, and feedback they need to grow in a team that celebrates individuality and welcomes different perspectives. NetApp has interns in almost every major business function across several countries around the world.

Throughout the program, the Early in Career team sponsors a variety of team-building and networking opportunities for interns. Activities include scavenger hunts, lunch and learns, book clubs, contests, and volunteer opportunities. In addition, our cross-functional Intern Mentoring Program, Early in Career Networking Program, and Executive Speaker Series offer opportunities for professional development.

All of these opportunities come in addition to the meaningful projects interns work on during their internship. Interns work to complete projects that address business needs while incorporating the interns' desired learning outcomes they establish with their managers at the beginning of the internship. At the end of the program, interns have the opportunity to share their work in an Intern Showcase presentation to leaders, managers, and teams across the entire business.

NetApp Interns have an opportunity to broaden their skills, get exposure to senior leaders, and jump-start their careers while playing a critical role in helping NetApp continue to help organizations build their unique data fabric, simplify and connect their cloud, and securely deliver the right data, services, and applications to the right people—anytime, anywhere.
