BlackRock offers various internship programs that give interns a true taste of a business analyst’s work. The Summer Analyst program is a 9.5 week internship for both undergraduate and master’s students graduating either the summer before or after the internship. The ten week MBA Summer Associate program invites MBA students to take on real responsibilities and work at BlackRock. Fast-track to FinTech is a summer program offered specifically to those who identify as female.

BlackRock's Summer Analyst Program is an eight-week internship designed to provide students with an exciting, supportive and fun experience, which mirrors life as an Analyst at BlackRock. Interns will have real-world responsibilities throughout the summer, in addition to professional development, networking and social events.

This program is for candidates in their penultimate year and obtaining their bachelor’s degree or their master’s degree with less than 18 months' relevant full-time work experience.

Summer Analyst Program orientation offers a thorough overview of the firm and the opportunity to hear from a number of senior leaders. Following orientation, interns receive on-the-job training and are given day-to-day responsibilities to contribute to assigned teams throughout the summer. The campus recruiting team also partners very closely with the Women’s Initiative, Multi-Cultural, OUT, and Veteran’s Networks to ensure the Summer Analyst Programs can learn and interact with our employee networks.

The firm is highly committed to the Summer Analyst Program and look to the summer internship as the main pipeline into the Analyst Program.
